At Fusion Scents, we strive to provide the best service possible, and that includes quick and reliable shipping.

Shipping Locations:
We offer shipping all over Pakistan, so no matter where you are, we’ll deliver your favorite fragrances to your doorstep.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fusion Scents, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to exchange a product.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened fragrance bottles. Please make sure to check your order before use.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately, and we will take care of the exchange or return at no extra cost.
